October 30th, 2015 Hollywood Physics & Measurement APPS
There is much excitement and interest in what appears in popular movies that are being produced. Super Heroes and other regular people often do amazing and spectacular feats to escape harm or capture a bad guy. Are those feats actually possible according to PHYSICS? Are they fantastic but nowhere close to reality? Several examples were examined and measured to see if the feat could happen or is it application of Hollywood “magic” that violates many of the laws of physics that we know and love. Also, favorite Hollywood clips were shared. Maybe Wiley will actually catch the Road Runner before the day is over. Some Apps that allow measurement were also shared.
